    (copy of front & back on both

  • Homeowners Insurance Declaration Page
  • Verification of the VA Case Number
    (sometimes referred to as LH#)
  • Statement of Service *

DD214 applies to all Discharged Veterans. For Active Duty, a Statement of Service will need to be ordered. In addition, VA requires we will provide proof of your existing VA Case Number. To do this you will want to locate the copies of your paperwork you received in escrow when you closed your loan. Should the Note and Deed of Trust not have your VA Case number, you will need to include a copy of your previous closing statement.
